Rhodeside, Inc. warrants the original purchaser of the x400r unit against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of invoice. If defective, the unit will be repaired or replaced at Rhodeside, Inc.'s option at no charge, with dated proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from: misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, leaking batteries, improper battery connection (reversing + and -), or normal wear and tear. Rhodeside, Inc. is not liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the unit, for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the unit, to the full extent such may be disclaimed by law. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.
